Our Story:
We are a small local Beauty Salon located in the heart of Grayshott Village. Established in 2009, the salon was opened by Michelle, with Chloe taking on the ownership in 2017.
We pride ourselves on our ability to make clients feel relaxed and valued as soon as they step into the salon. Our main aim is to make each client feel radiant and glowing through whichever treatment they decide.

Our
Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

24hrs Notice is required for cancellation of appointments.

Appointments cancelled on the morning of your treatment(s) will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.

Late arrivals: Your treatment(s) time may be shortened or cancelled if your therapist doesn’t have time to complete the full treatment(s). The treatment(s) will be charged at 100% treatment cost.

Missed appointments will be charged at the 100% treatment cost.
