​Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment, which uses fine needles to create micro-tears in the skin, to incite the skins repair cycle. The skin repair process helps to reduce the appearance of dark spots, sagging, acne scarring and other skin conditions.

*Before starting Microneedling Treatment you will need a Consultation, this consultation will need to be Two Weeks before your first treatment. This is where our therapist will discuss your specific skin concerns, and discuss any medical conditions which could form contra indications for treatment*

Microneedling FAQ's

Are there any medical conditions which could make me sensitive to treatment?

- Microneedling is generally a safe treatment for all skin types, however those with or history of eczema, diabetes, herpes, psoriasis, are pregnant or have other chronic conditions should seek medical advice before attending treatment. 

Is Microneedling Painful?

- Microneedling can be uncomfortable on sensitive areas of skin, however you should always let your therapist know of any discomfort so that they can adjust or stop treatment appropriately. 

How many Microneedling sessions will I need?

- As alike any advanced skin treatment a series of sessions is suggested to ensure long lasting results. The exact amount of treatments will depend upon your skin type and skin concerns, however the broad region for number of treatments is 3-6 treatments with having a treatment every 4-6 weeks. 

What will my Consultation include?

- Your Microneedling Consultation will include an in-depth explanation of the treatment, analysis of your skin and your concerns. A full run through of the contra indications to ensure you do not have any of these. A discussion of any concerns you as the client may have.
